Trump's "Board of Peace" does not belong to the US government or any government or other public organisation. It just belongs personally to Trump.
Even if Trump was removed from office as US president, he would remain chair of the Board of Peace. There is also no way for him to be removed from the chairmanship, and he would control all of the Board of Peace's activities.
This is NOT an international treaty or anything like the UN. It's a private organisation that would be controlled by Trump personally, no matter what happens in the US political scene.

I know it sounds like conspiracy theory stuff but that's what its charter says:
"Donald J. Trump shall serve as inaugural Chairman of the Board of Peace, and ... separately as inaugural representative of the United States of America"
"The Chairman shall have exclusive authority to create, modify, or dissolve subsidiary entities as necessary."
"Replacement of the Chairman may occur only following voluntary resignation."
