Trans musicians of fedi, I come to you with a plea for help!

Do you have any footage of yourself playing gigs that you 1) have the rights to and 2) would permit the use of?

Can be as short as ten seconds. Big stage, small pub, camera phone or professional cam, doesn't matter, just as long as it it's from a gig and looks the part. Audio not required.

I'm working on a trans-themed music video for a cover song and I'd love to cut a little montage of performances in the last chorus.

Heeeyyy Fedi!!! I have a question that I *know* a bunch of you are going to be able to answer.

For the past couple decades I've wanted an electric guitar, but my ex always shot it down. So, now that I've escaped that abusive relationship, and with it nearing the holidays again, I've decided I'm going to finally get one.

Last time I played guitar was in middleschool (and some bass in highschool), so I'm starting from scratch.

My constraints:
- 6 string electric guitar
- under $200
- used/hand me down is great
- pink would be awesome
- probably right-handed (because that's what I learned on)

Does anyone have a recommendation (or better yet, an old guitar near Seattle that could use the sweet, sweet love of a new owner?)

I looked at Amazon (🤢) and found something that seems like it fits my needs, but I hate supporting them, *and* I have no idea if it's garbage or not.

I'm thinking about adding JavaScript and CryptoJS to my personal website, airikr.me, despite stating the following on the privacy page:

Sending the IP address with end-to-end encryption to the server, is not planned as this requires JavaScript. airikr.me is a hobby project where the challenge is to never use JavaScript (except for Plausible).

The solution: if JavaScript is enabled, use CryptoJS instead of Halite.

Still thinking if this is needed, though. Well, E2EE should always be needed everywhere regarding personal data. But since it's "only" the IP address that will be encrypted... I don't know. But what I do know is that the IP address is personal data and should be encrypted with CryptoJS.

I'm conflicted Please, tell me if I need to add E2EE to my personal website for only storing the IP address with E2EE or not.

EDIT I removed the poll after knowing that you can't get the IP address with JavaScript.
