Hello #fediverse,
I have a question. Because everyone is integrating these stupid chatbots for "summaries", I am very skeptical of having my work circulating, even just internally within the university cohort, because I don't want my stuff to be fed to LLMs.
Is there a way to export these files in a was that when people feeds them to their "assistants" the assistants' dataset gets "poisoned" and can scrap it properly?

I beleive you are also on aus.social like me and on this instance (like most others, if not all) you can edit your toots. your description seems to be about the App you are using. Different app have different ‘tools’ but all of them connect to any/all instances on the fediverse.
Have I confused you yet?
If I have, what I am saying is your issue is with the app not with the instance.

If you know someone who wants to sign up on Mastodon and the Fediverse, you might want to suggest they use this site:

It's formatted to make it as easy as possible to sign up on a good reliable server.
If someone finds choice overwhelming, there is a suggested good general server (which changes regularly).
If someone appreciates choice, there is a server directory with over 100 good servers organised into categories.

or ✅ or the word "verified" are NOT verifications as anyone can add them to their profiles.
