#Norway, #Ireland and #Spain to recognize a Palestinian state

Several European Union countries have in the past weeks indicated that they plan to make the recognition, arguing a two-state solution is essential for lasting peace in the region. It makes one question why these nations did not come to this conclusion during 'good' or more peaceful time in Palestine. Why now as the territory is in war and crumbling and not when it was okay'ish and had a resemblance of a statehood.

@TheFifthSeason That's a good point. And that's partly why Israel is angry about it, claiming it rewards Hammas. But hopefully this will invigorate the dead diplomatic route to solutions.
