One thing I have found about the Fediverse is it kind of sucks when it comes to old posts you might want to see and react to that didn't get seen by your account or instance as they are to young.

It would be amazing if there was a way for your account to 'see' the old posts from instances by simply searching the original post url or something.

Is there any work around for this, I found Boosting the original post on Mastodon is alright but what do you do for Lemmy stuff?

Fairly sure you can just go to that post, then share it at that website and put it in your current fedi account.
If the server is federated, you should get that post to appear by boosting it.

It might not work though.

Lemmy doesn't have a boost option, so it's kind of hard to do on that part.

There should be a section to get the fedi tag that you can then get to your account with.

A fedi tag? Never heard of that over my several years on here.

It is late for me and I made up a term 😅
A year or two ago, there was a section on a Lemmy post which brought up a link for posting to other sites.
