Als ob Erwachsene nicht einfach auch alle Cookies akzeptieren, ohne zu wissen was sie tun!

As if adults don't simply accept all cookies without knowing what they are doing!

I think that first we should get a law that forbids complicated choices, you should be able to reject all cookies in one click at the start. No complicated pages of forms with many options not allowed. There is no such thing as an essential cookie. If you wish to retain data then you may have that option but it is actually easier to make a web site that does not retain data than one that does if you are simply displaying data. When you wish to actually place an order etc, you need data based on that order but if you are simply looking through a catalogue and refining your interest that data does not need to be retained so should not.
