In the middle of that is an old fashioned carousel. It has a blue and white striped top with a lot of gold ornamentation around the edges. You can see people in the shadows standing and holding their young toddlers on the carousel horses. In the background is a large green tree on the left and several big office towers behind everything in different shades of blue. It shows a beautiful spring morning.
