This is my third #NoKings march in #NYC, and the turnout was so huge that the route overflowed in multiple directions; I've never seen anything like it. Amy and I chilled in the park for a while waiting for the throng in Columbus Circle to move at all, then we scooted down 6th Ave a bit to find the march underway at both 7th and Broadway in parallel. The resulting human traffic jam in Times prevented any continuous walking. We baby-stepped as far as 50th St with our bad knees and called it good.

Theater District, Manhattan - 7th Avenue at 53rd Street

It’s wild to see a 10+ block view clear of traffic south to Times Square. The protest march is right behind me. Thousands of people are watching and joining the route from side streets.
