After the takeover by #Facebook, the platform became increasingly commercialized. More and more #advertising moved onto the platform. Algorithms, which were trained on the basis of the posts viewed, determined what was displayed in our timeline.
Pixelfed wants to pick up on the original spirit of Instagram and focus on #photography, but also address modern developments such as #stories in the form of videos. πΈ 
Algorithms that analyze user behavior are completely dispensed with. Protecting user #privacy is an important feature of Pixelfed. π‘οΈ
Anyone having this problem with Mastodon?
On my instance by @stux the version is v4.3.0-alpha.5 and can't follow back user
When I click on follow back it is showing message "are you sure you want to unfollow"

We (Tepewu) are now building a coordinated system of donation raising, based on @Liberapay service. Unfortunately, our content is published via #PeerTube, #Friendica, and (federated) #Wordpress. It makes it impossible to connect to our LiberaPay teams and profiles, as it is strictly exclusive for Mastodon and Pleroma networks.
Thus, after exchanging an email message with LiberaPay team (which boiled down to "nothing gonna change, sorry), I decided to create an issue in their Github.

I've got the #Pixelfed app (version 1.0.0.65) installed on Android. My account is on pixelfed.social.
Today (after days of usage without problems) it started to act weird:
5 seconds after opening it, the UI crashes/hides.
The app is still running in the background (at least it seems so) and I can get it back to front, but then it will again crash/hide after 5 secs. This is reproducible every time I open the app.
Is that a bug or am I the only one with that problem?
