Das Schwarz-Weiß-Foto zeigt eine Nahaufnahme einer brennenden LED-Filament-Glühbirne in einer dunklen Umgebung. Eine spektakuläre Schrägseilbrücke (ca. 2880 m lang) in Griechenland. Sie überspannt den Golf von Korinth und verbindet die Hafenstadt Rio auf der Halbinsel Peloponnes mit Andirrio auf dem griechischen Festland. Die Brücke ist so konstruiert, dass sie schweren Erdbeben und extremen Windgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 250 km/h standhalten kann. Sie gilt als längste durchgehende Schrägseilbrücke der Welt.

Some locations came to my mind when I read the topic this morning and my wife immediately mentioned that location. This is probably one of my best photos.

The water flooded over the stairs on the right, creating a lot of little waterfalls. Luckily I did bring my tripod and a considerable amount of time so that I could take a lot of photos from all kinds of angles and settings!
