UX design fail.
Move the cursor over a 'tile'. Tile gets bigger. Click tile. Nothing happens. Move the mouse cursor on the actual image inside the tile and click, and the program starts.

The value of #UX comes from behavior change, but our users aren't our only audience. Convincing stakeholders to behave differently is critical to make real impact. A good design must be a persuasive argument - an essay.

Designers constantly complain that we are not listened to. "If you build it, they will come" has never worked for us, and we need to think about what else we can do to drive the change we need to drive.
