Over the span of 70 yrs, I have never been deprived of my Constitutional rights of Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness as a result of something done in this country by an immigrant.

My rights ARE being deprived as a result of laws & decisions made by GOP politicians.

I have never worried that my income, my healthcare or my home will be taken away by an immigrant, with the exception of immigrants like Elon Musk.

The danger I feel is from white christian nationalists, not #immigrants.

During the campaign #Trump took aim at #transgender troops. Trump has previously banned transgender #ServiceMembers & posted a campaign ad on X portraying them as weak, w/the vow that "WE WILL NOT HAVE A WOKE MILITARY!"

Trump has suggested the #US #military could play an important role in many of his policy priorities, from tapping #NationalGuard & possibly active-duty troops to help carry out a #MassDeportation of undocumented #immigrants to even deploying them to address #domestic unrest.

Many families in the US now face being torn apart.

Est: 1M deportations/yr could cost $967.9B in fed spending over a decade -would require congress. approval & trigger an “economic disaster”. Trump: “If I thought things were getting out of control, I'd have no problem using the MIL.”
