Pivoting from #housing #aid, the approach would shift billions to short-term programs that impose work rules, help #police dismantle #encampments, & require [force] the #unhoused to accept treatment for mental health or addiction.
I mean...it *sounds* like a good idea. I for one could really use a check from the government right now. But how come we've never heard anything about this "plan" before? (???)
