The bombs were sent via cargo services, but cargo services widely use passenger planes to deliver cargo. As the video points out in detail, a fire on board a plane is probably the worst danger a plane can face, worse than engine failure.

The 19th sanctions package against Russia has been adopted by the EU:

▪️ a complete ban on all crypto services for Russian citizens.
