Here I am with a guy who jumped up on my lap at the Btown Meow Cat Café. They adopt out a large number of cats, and in the meantime, the cats live communally in a big room with lots of play areas and humans paying to spend time with them.

This is a thwonger, otherwise known as a spring-style doorstop. It makes a loud thwong noise if you run into it. The builder chose these for the house and we have not replaced them yet.
