Oliver was a big jerk and decided it was his time to shine at 330am. For about an hour he was running around the house to various different windows and batting at the blinds. There was a neighborhood kitty outside that he had to make sure knew that this is HIS house and there's no more room for stray cats here. Never mind that Oliver was a stray who showed up and came inside after being invited by our two since passed elderly kitties.

I don't know how, but Lilac is still holding out on us. I can tell she's getting more uncomfortable by the day. And the kittens are really kicking around in there. Last night we thought we noticed a few minor contractions, but it was probably just her body reacting to all the kitten activity. We are on high alert. But as the saying goes, a watched pregnant cat never delivers.

On weekends I pull out a mattress and sleep in the living room with Mila, my 17yo cat who loves cuddling but canβt come upstairs anymore (arthritis).
Her face goes from 0 (cuddling) to 100 (you better wake up now Iβm hungry) real quick.
(Sheβs on Solensia, it helps; we canβt use ramps because of the way our apartment is designed)
