Sokovia Accords
The Sokovia Accords. Approved by 117 countries, it states that the Avengers shall no longer be a private organization. Instead, they'll operate under the supervision of a United Nations panel, only when and if that panel deems it necessary.Contributors to Marvel Cinematic Universe Wiki (Fandom, Inc.)
Okay, so I saw 'CAPTAIN AMERICA: BNW' tonight and I will say I enjoyed it as a theater experience. It was a spectacle and the cast did a great job.
That said... it was kind of all over the place, seemingly trying to fill all the holes in the dam that is the MCU. It felt like the script was revised way too many times and there was a LOT of poorly-written exposition.
It was GOOD... it wasn't GREAT. ๐

The Popcornmeter for #CaptainAmerica films are about right to me.
Not that the first one is bad, but it was not as good as people remember it to be.
IMHO, Winter Soldier was the first movie where Captain America shines on screen.
Civil War was kind of an Avenger movie so a lot was about the franchise instead of Captain America individually.
I'd exclude "Civil War" in the ranking, then place "Brave New World" slightly above "The First Avenger" and below "Winter Soldier".
