Earlier today LAPD officers were seen aiming 40-mm grenade launchers at student and reporter's heads at close range.

Needless to say there was a certain air of emergency on the USC campus, I wonder what could warrant this type of police action?

The #USC students were able to pull off a de-arrest by surrounding cop cars that attempted to leave with their comrades. Cops eventually gave up on a few arrests and let folks go.
