Spent yesterday crocheting and watching movies and I'm proud of the result of my labour. Yoda likes it too. It's the first jumper he has which fits him. Most jumpers are too long because I need to buy a big jumper to fit his chest. And then he can't wear it outside because he'll wee on the edge. This one is just perfect as I could make it to fit him perfectly. I see a lot of new handmade jumpers in his future 😄.

There was a bit of an Odin Incident this morning

I mentioned several weeks ago that I brought him with me to the therapist so he could play in the office’s back garden. My husband walked Odin with me to my appointment today, but the plan wasn’t to let Odin stay (it was raining). When Odin realized that mommy was disappearing into the magical playground place without him, Odin got very, very upset. He fought as hard as he could to prevent daddy taking him away and repeatedly threw himself against the front door after I was inside. I am told he was despondent the whole way home.

Summer and her pal are feeling their oats this morning.
We all enjoyed eight hours of restful sleep. A rare occurrence.
I was surprised that Summer wasn't at my side to start chores so I started without her.
Then I heard the ruckus.
I ran back downstairs and there they were rolling around on the floor. Happy as can be.
Oh my goodness.
Somebody needed a hand up and it wasn't Summer.
Don't know what I'm going to do with these two.

No matter. Summer and I had to get out to plant the last of the new and dozens of last year tulip bulbs.
A little teamwork made it quick and easy.
She really is the best garden helper.
The only big job left will be digging up the begonias.
