After the first Trans Gay Migrant Caravan formed in 2017, LGBTQ migrants have become a more visible demographic among those making their way to or through Mexico. But they face a “triple vulnerability,” according to Dana Graber Ladek, head of the UN’s International Organization for Migration. They are not only stigmatized for their migrant status and sexual orientation, but their “irregular” travels make LGBTQ migrants challenging to document. NBC News has more.

Good thing I came early to the airport as I had to wait about half an hour while the Dutch border folks racially profiled an Arab man traveling with his elderly relative who was using a wheelchair.
