As opposition accounts on X are suspended in Turkey at this critical juncture in their political struggles (politico.eu/article/musks-x-su…), perhaps now is a good time to encourage our friends here on #Threads and #Bluesky to at least have an escape plan. Pack a social media emergency go bag by creating a Mastodon/Fediverse account (joinmastodon.org/) and start using it, at least as a secondary platform.
