When I lived in #London in the mid noughties I first became aware that the tubes operated in temperatures above the legal limit for cattle with no upper limit on number of people per carriage…just one of the reasons I don’t miss living there.

What you loathe but ultimately tolerate in your 20’s now seems life threatening.
