Missing from this piece is the fact that it’s virtually impossible to find a provider to perform an #abortion after 24 wks absent significant fetal abnormalities or a threat to the health/life of the pregnant person.
I get opposing a referendum that only guarantees access through 13 wks, but not one that guarantees access through viability and has appropriate exceptions beyond.
Plus it blunts the crazy propaganda about “abortion on demand until birth.”
