Hello from Tokyo on this Wednesday, another sunny winter day.

Returning from the office last night, I was again able to take a few night photos in the quiet backstreets of my home ward of Itabashi.

A snapshot taken on Post Street, near Powell... on the edge of the SantaCon gathering in Union Square. Here, a man in a inflatable gingerbread costume runs down a sidewalk, with arms outstretched, ready to greet two friends who have been out shopping. The friends have Santa Claus caps on their heads. Further down the street one can see several other people in Santa outfits. But overall this is just a normal city street scene, with tall buildings and lots of asphalt on what appears to be a lovely fall afternoon.
