Synth people!
Examples of classic smooth 80's (ish) synth sounds for solos, bonus points for pointers on type of synth and ques for sound design (not that I'm greedy, I just suck at making synth sounds) 😂
On modern Linux systems, the most effective low-latency audio optimizations are:
1. real-time scheduling (rtprio, memlock, realtime/audio groups)
2. letting the DAW set CPU DMA latency (e.g., Ardour, REAPER)
3. Using preempt=full and threadirqs
4. Disabling HT/SMT
5. Configuring PipeWire for low latency
6. Setting the CPU governor to performance
7. Using the Pro Audio profile
8. Prioritizing sound card IRQs with rtirq or rtcirqus

Actually, it's up to v3.0.2 now. I noticed this morning over at KVRAudio that they mentioned in a thread that they found a bug in the v.3.0.1 package that they wanted fixed. So if you've downloaded v3.0.1, go and download it again to get v3.0.2.

This is an EXCELLENT Roland TB-303 clone! In fact, it may very well be the best I've ever found--and it comes as a NATIVE LINUX PLUGIN!! The best part, is that it includes a built-in pattern editor that does the actual slides and accents. Check it out!!
