This struck me as a lovely idea. A citywide book club for people who read on the bus. The Dublin Bus book club selects a book by an Irish author every six weeks.
Also a lovely idea: instead of partnering with a company like Amazon, they’ve partnered with a beloved local independent book store, Chapters, for discounted books and events for the book club members.
Well, I'm thrilled! As far as I know, this is the first instance of a copy of my #book being bought thanks to talking about it on Mastodon!
