Just ordered a Kobo Libra Colour so now the only money I’m paying that asshole Bezos is for a couple of S3 buckets that I haven’t had time to move off of AWS.
Very much looking forward to the time when his fascist collaborator ass doesn’t get a single euro cent from me.
(Another plus: Kobo works with Overdrive and I checked and Dublin libraries support it so you should be able to check out library books directly on the device. And I’m quite looking forward to a little bit of colour and the notetaking features.)

My wife informed me this morning that our billing system had been knocked offline.
The reason? #Amazon, #OpenAI, and similar bot scraping traffic blew up my access logs to the point of filling that server's entire drive. They're constantly scraping and re-scraping my FreeBSD wiki.

Reacher Season 3: I just finished and it was pretty meh.
Six really slow episodes with tiny sporadic bursts of unmemorable action. A 7th episode rushing to get plot lines aligned for an 8th episode crammed full of hard to follow action. The pacing was horrible.
I wouldn’t mind the show wrapping it up now. But we know another season is coming.

However, that same common folk continues to buy from #Amazon & the like en masse.
That same common folk voted for #Trump, many of whom indicate that they'd *still* vote for Trump even now.
That common folk stayed absent during the elections because they didn't agree with either candidate.
