A quick sketch of my OC Pete. Ever since he was a kid, he wanted to be an adventurer and see the world. When he grew up, he quickly realized he's going to actually need money to fulfill his dream, so he decided to start his first-ever job position as a maid in the house of a wealthy writer who happens to be a werewolf, his genie wife and their young adult daughter with an identity crisis who dreams of becoming a mermaid. I ran out of town and danced, elated, around bushes across the meadows, to the tree.
Clive was there, cross-legged, his back against the trunk, facing away to where the sun would soon rise.

Clive lowered his booklight, turned to me and smiled.
