If you're going to be in Paris soon, you might want to head to the Pompidou Centre. Björk and the French artist Aleph have collaborated on an immersive sound piece that recreates extinct animal calls and that will play as people travel on escalators in the museum. @pitchfork has more details on what to expect. "We wanted to share [the animals’] presence in an architecture representing the industrial age, far away from nature," Björk and Aleph wrote in a statement. "In the veins of the escalator of the museum, known as the ‘caterpillar,’ we wanted to remind citizens of the raw vitality of endangered creatures." A little update on the baby elephant I'm modeling using the free SDF Prototyper Blender add-on…
Added a few non-SDF elements: the tusks and ears, because the current version of SDF Prototyper doesn't really allow creation of such shapes yet.
Next steps: mesh the SDF object, join with the non-SDF objects, then remesh in Sculpt Mode, and add some minor refinements.

Making a first model using the free SDF Prototyper (V2) add-on for Blender.
The add-on uses Geometry Nodes, and since the UI is a bit quirky, I find it easier to change parameters and connect nodes directly in Geo Nodes.

So anyway, AI grifter platform AATONAU approached me to pay THEM for a ChatGPT article about my work and when I exposed their practices on my blog they have been ceaselessly attempting to bully me into removing my post.
Nov 7th they backdated a retaliatory blog post stating my artwork and writing is created via AI but... didn't use any of my artwork cuz that's copyright infringement lmao.
