Therapie könnte aus zwei Gründen nützlich sein, jedenfalls lese ich das so aus deinem post
1. Helligkeit in dein Leben bringen, es scheint so als ob sich zuviel Dunkelheit ausbreitet
2. Gewaltprävention, in einem anderen Kontext könntest du als potentieller Attentäter verstanden werden

All das soll nicht die von dir beschriebenen schlimmen Umstände beschönigen.
