I know, I know...it's much easier in your 20's.
That's why I said it.

Even though #Canada has it's problems, too, they will me "nothing" in comparison to what'll happen, if #TFG gets re-elected.
Hopefully, it'll be far away enough, as in the #HandmaidsTale.

I do have a sound angst that #Project2025 and modern means of tech will enable #TFG to convert the US into a #1984 3.0 version of the #RepublicOfGilead at the speed of Hitler in Germany in 1933, if he is re-elected.

That is correct, to my knowlege (based on legal discussions I have heard/read), but based on current law.
The #GQP has already hijacked #scotus. If it were to acquire a supermajority in both houses (unlikely) it could simply change the laws. #Project2025 wants to empower the function of the president for a good reason...
