Only last week I toured all the pharmacies in Bray with the following results:
- We don't do covid vaccinations outside of flu season (lol).
- If you're not 70+ or pregnant HSE says you can't get covid so you don't need vaccines.
- There's a shortage of doses so no private vaccination. Because why would you order enough if you can get away with the bare minimum?
Meanwhile in Ireland, you can get your first dose of the Covid vaccine at age 12 and, in just 68 years, you can get your first booster.
Because that’s cool and normal.

Folks, this is a deceptive design pattern. There is a very clear third option here (keep me updated on this campaign’s progress only) that is not implemented for marketing reasons.
I expect better from a platform that exists to effect ‘progressive change across Ireland’.

I could see the #UK customers having to pay more now, as the #EU is a customs union that has signed #FTA|s with many countries. The #UK will not be able to replicate that. Still, these duties would not be levied in #Ireland, but the #UK.
