Day 20: it's the last day before the solstice! I'm getting ready to celebrate increasing sunlight in the days to come. 🌞

This is a vintage tole chandelier that I painted with oil paints after having removed the wiring and primed the metal with self-etching primer. I adore the profusion of vibrant flowers.

It's also #WomensBrainHealthDay, with the theme of social media habits. Limiting my social media & blocking & muting whenever something feels off helps reduce my cognitive fatigue and improves my mental health.
