Remember when #Trump told people that they’d get tired of winning once he was in office? If you are a Trump Admin lawyer, it surely doesn’t feel that way. Based on the #litigation tracker compiled by #JustSecurity, the admin…has lost in 36 of 56 cases decided so far in the federal district courts & not yet subject to appellate rulings. It has lost in 10 of 15 cases that have been decided at the next level of review, the federal circuit courts of appeals.
The largest #measles outbreak by far is in West #Texas, where the #disease is spreading quickly in remote, rural areas where the #vaccination rates are low. The outbreak has also spread across the boarder into #NewMexico, but the outbreak there is moving more slowly due to higher vaccination rates.
