This week, I had the opportunity to stay 2 nights at the Pic du Midi #Observatory, in the french Pyrénées. I captured some #timelapse from this site, which is still magical.

I was astonished by the dynamism of this observatory: new domes, new #instruments, new projects and new buildings. #Research in #astronomy in the metropolitan #France is performing like a charm.

I fully support its application to the @unesco !

The Crowne Plaza hotel on the banks of the Clyde in Glasgow as the sun was going down this evening. I'm not a particular fan of this building, but it does reflect the sky rather nicely.
