#Trump is no longer appealing the injunction against using the #NationalGuard in #Portland #Oregon.
That probably means #SCOTUS made it clear in private they weren't going to overturn this. And/or military leaders said in private they would not follow unlawful orders.
This should be bigger news outside Oregon, no? Y'all, he has nobody but his brownshirts in #ICE and that ain't enough guys to stop the midterms.
