As happened when Renee Good was murdered, Trump's federal goons initially forbade them to check on the patient. The federal agents were not themselves checking Pretti's pulse or performing CPR. They appeared to be counting his wounds. When the doctor was finally permitted to offer assistance, they found Pretti with no pulse.
