This is my new favorite #design #fail.

At left, a large orange circle with the words Trust, Partnership, Innovation, Performance (one word per line) At right, a small yellow circle with the words OUR VALUES. There is a very small overlap between the circles, making it appear to be a Venn diagram with very little overlap between the words at left and the values at right.
